What am I covered for?

  • Our policy offers you a replacement vehicle to the same specification if you’ve owned it from new and it’s been written off/stolen and not recovered (within 36 months of purchase).
  • You are covered for a hire car for 24 hours should your motorhome or campervan become badly damaged or immobilised in an accident.
  • You will be covered for protection and removal of your motorhome or campervan to the nearest repairers should you need as a result of an accident.
  • You will be covered for vehicle recovery in the event of illness. If the driver becomes seriously ill and is unable to drive the motorhome or campervan, we will arrange for your vehicle to be recovered and returned to you.
  • Windscreen damage is included - our preferred specialists will be available to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
  • Your personal belongings up to £5,000 will be covered for loss or damage as a result of an accident, fire or theft.
  • We’ll pay for the replacement of locks if your ignition keys are lost or stolen.
  • Annual continental use provides cover in the UK, Channel Island, Isle of Man, Norway, Switzerland, Montenegro and other EU countries.
  • Full-time use is available if you use your motorhome or campervan for 9 months or more.
  • Additional cover is available to protect satellite TV’s and navigation systems as well as breakdown cover.

Breakdown Insurance provides a 24/7 helpline for roadside rescue and recovery services if your motorhome or campervan breaks down or becomes unsafe to drive due to a breakdown, lack of fuel or misfuelling, a puncture or is damaged in an accident. You are insured against costs incurred for help arranged by us up to the policy limits.

  • Roadside assistance will help get your motorhome or campervan to a suitable garage for repair. If a repair is not possible the same day, your motorhome or campervan and passengers will be transported back home or to your original destination.
  • Alternative travel is included if you break down at least 20 miles from your home and your motorhome or campervan can't be repaired on the same day. If you're vehicle is stolen, alternative transport will be provided for you and your passengers.
  • Emergency overnight accommodation can be provided instead of suitable travel if needed.
  • Misfuelling costs are covered if you accidently fuel your motorhome or campervan with the wrong fuel.
  • Message service is included so you can let your friends, family or workplace know that you've broken down.
  • Home Assist is included if your motorhome or campervan doesn't start or if you're within one mile from home.
  • Cover is provided across the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and EU countries.
