Cashback Terms and Conditions
- The Cashback offer is available to new customers who obtained a quote and purchased a Car Insurance policy between 15/04/2010 and 30/09/2010 directly through Open + Direct over the phone or by visiting one of our branches.
- Following the purchase of your Car Insurance policy you will receive a Cashback claim form either in the branch where you have purchased your policy or in the post with your policy documents.
- Within 30 days of purchase of the car insurance policy you must call our Cashback claims line on 0800 912 8321 quoting your name, address, date of birth and the 10-digit reference number shown on your Cashback claim form. Alternatively you can send an email with the subject title “Cashback Claim” to maycashbackclaim@oadi.co.uk. Please include your name, address, date of birth and your 10-digit reference number.
- A cheque for the Cashback amount will be sent in the name of the first named policyholder to their address after 90 days of the policy start date.
- No other form of payment of the Cashback amount is available.
- To be eligible the policy must still be in force 90 days after the policy start date and must not have been cancelled during this time. Also, all appropriate payments due to us in respect of the relevant policy must have been received by us at the time the cheque is sent.
- If the Cashback cheque is sent and the policy is cancelled within 12 months of inception, Open + Direct has the right to deduct up to the full amount of Cashback from any refund due.
- This offer is not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer and Open + Direct reserve the right to withdrawn this offer at any time.
